Lebanon bolsters army presence at Syrian border
July 11, 2012

The Lebanese army on Tuesday began sending troop reinforcements to the border with Syria after deadly attacks in the area. Meanwhile, international envoy Kofi Annan held talks in Iran and Iraq aimed at shoring up support for his tattered peace plan to end the violence in Syria.
